PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

MARINA PARK REDEVELOPMENT

​

The Town of Port Deposit intends to issue a Request for Proposals in early October 2024 for the preliminary and final design, environmental permitting, and related services for the proposed redevelopment of Marina Park located near the intersection of Bainbridge Road and S. Main Street (MD 222).  The RFQ response period will be not more than 30 days from the date of issuance.

The project budget will range from $600,000 - $750,000 over a maximum three year period of performance; and the funding source will be the federal Transportation Alternatives Program matched by town funds.

​

Interested parties are advised to check E-Maryland Marketplace Advantage for public posting of the RFQ.  No questions or comments shall be made to the Town except during the process to be identified in the RFQ.
