INSURANCE WAIVER

DEADLINE for vendor/exhibitor applications is Monday, August 29, 2022. $25.00 fee (cash or check) is due with your application.

 

Applications received after this date will not be accepted.

Event Date: Friday, September 16 – Sunday, September 18, 2022.

  • Friday, September 16 – 5:00 p.m. to dusk – set-up time is 5:00 p.m. to dusk

  • Saturday, September 17 – 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Set-up time is 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. If you set up Saturday morning, you must be unloaded and vehicle moved from the event area by 9:30 a.m….no exceptions!!

  • Sunday, September 18 – 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Tear down may not begin until 5:00 p.m.
