Port Deposit is home to a variety of annual events hosted by both the Town and community partners. Mark your calendars each year for these community favorites!

Town of Port Deposit

• Port Deposit Pirate Takeover - Third weekend in September at Marina Park, co-hosted by the Town of Port Deposit and Community Connecting Us. All proceeds go to Community Connecting Us to benefit the community.

• Trunk-or-Treat - Held on Halloween, sponsored by the Town of Port Deposit and the Water Witch Fire Company.

• Holiday Tree Lighting - First weekend of December, includes a golf cart parade and decorating contest, as well as a house decorating contest.

Port Deposit Chamber of Commerce

• Fire & Ice - Held annually in February in Downtown Port Deposit, part of Cecil Tourism's Winter Nights, Cecil Lights.

• Farmers Market - Second Saturdays, June through October, 10am-2pm in Downtown Port Deposit.

• Pirate Takeover Block Party - PDCC celebration held alongside the Port Deposit Pirate Takeover.

• Lower Susquehanna Rockfish Tournament - Held annually in June at Marina Park.
