BOAT TRAILER PARKING PERMITS

Daily Tag: $10

  • Available at the honor box by the boat launch.

  • Pay by cash or check only; make checks payable to "Town of Port Deposit."

Annual Sticker: $50

  • Purchase at Town Hall.

  • Must provide valid trailer registration or photo identification.

  • Pay by cash, check, or debit/credit card; credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee, but debit cards have no additional fee; make checks payable to "Town of Port Deposit."

  • Payment may be mailed with a copy of the trailer registration, and the sticker will be mailed to you. Send to Town of Port Deposit, 64 S. Main Street, Port Deposit, MD 21914.

PUBLIC INFORMATION ACT REQUEST

If you need access to official Town records that are not already available online or through routine services, you must complete a Public Information Act (PIA) Request Form.

​

Most Town records are open to the public. However, request may be denied or redacted if records contain personal information, involve ongoing investigations, or are confidential by law. If a request is denied, you will receive a written explanation.

​

By law, the Town must acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide the records or a decision within 30 days.

RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT

  • Available only to Town of Port Deposit residents; must show proof of residency.

  • For residents with mobility hardships or disabilities; medical documentation is required.

  • One permit per person/vehicle, assigned to the municipal lot nearest your home.

  • Permits must be renewed every two years.
