2027 Port Deposit Facade, Landscape, and Streetscape Improvement Program
The Town of Port Deposit is providing $50,000 in total grant funding. Grants up to $10,000 per property are available for qualifying exterior improvement projects.
Eligible improvements may include projects such as exterior façade repair, replacement, or renovation; sidewalk and walkway improvements; retaining wall repair or restoration; landscaping; and driveway improvements. Property owners may apply for one façade, landscape, or streetscape project, or may combine eligible project types, subject to the maximum award of $10,000 per property.
Properties must be located within the Town of Port Deposit. Applications will be reviewed and scored using the criteria provided in the program guidelines. Complete applications are due to Port Deposit Town Hall on or before August 27, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
