PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN OF PORT DEPOSIT

 

            The PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 64 S. Main Street, Port Deposit, MD on the following amendment to the Port Deposit Zoning Code:  

 

Resolution 14-2020 – Article XI Supplementary Use Regulations, Section 176 Accessory Apartments and Section 185 Residential Structures Single Family Attached and Multiple Units to revise regulations define permitted zones and conditions to permit the use. The Resolution is available on the Town’s website: www.portdeposit.org, at Town Hall, 64 S. Main Street, Port Deposit, or to request a copy be mailed or emailed call Town Hall at 410.378.2121.
