PUBLIC NOTICE
2021 TOWN ELECTION
The Board of Supervisors of Elections for the Town of Port Deposit is accepting nominations to be placed on the ballot for the May 11, 2021 Election for the purpose of electing three Council members. Candidates for elected office shall have resided in the Town for at least one year preceding the election, be at least 21 years of age, and a registered voter of the Town.

The Candidate Package and Petition for filing for elective office are available at Town Hall, 64 S. Main Street, Port Deposit. Town Hall is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Candidates will be required to submit a signed petition, financial disclosure form and proof of residency. Deadline for filing to run for office is March 8, 2021 by 4:30 p.m. Deadline for qualified residents to register to vote at the Cecil County Board of Elections is April 20, 2021.
